Few things compare to the thrill of direct observation, working just meters away from wild elephants in the relative safety of Joel’s Land Cruiser. Joel, our wonderful Nomad guide, had an incredible sixth sense for animal behaviour. In fact, it was often hard to convince him to stop for elephants, as his true passion lay in tracking the elusive leopard!
This sculpture was the original larger sculpture scaled down to produce the Elephant pendant.
