I have been lucky enough to study leopards with the AfriCat foundation at Okonjima in Namibia.

With my 2023 studies of lion, leopard and cheetah heads I have sculpted each to the same scale. As a trio or a pair, you can really get an idea of the size differences between them. I wanted people to be able to see the individual species evolution and how they have honed skill sets to become the very different predators they are.

    As a sculptor, I am always pleased when my pieces are made available as public art. Sometimes a collector puts one of my pieces on display to a wider audience or I receive a commission for a sculpture for a specific public place.
